Danuary - The Verdict

So Danuary is over. Was it worth it? Well, considering the lack of posts in this blog, you could be forgiven for thinking it wasn't all that. So I posted a quote on social media every day? Big deal. The sound bath was a new thing, and really relaxing, but I've already been doing yoga for a while now, and have always been sort of spiritual. So that wasn't a real eye opener, although I'll definitely be going back for another one. Antigua was great with some real highlights. Getting away from everything and everybody on the wonderful trail through the rain forest going up to Boggy Peak. And at the other end of the scale, getting right amongst it on the Kon Tiki floating bar. There were other small wins. Managing to do more sit ups in a single burst than I have ever done in my life. Improving my, already wonderful, gravy recipe by using coconut oil! Doing battle rope exercises in the rain at 06:00 was very refreshing! Seeing a noticeable difference in the mirror from daily ...
